Room For Rent Little Mountain in AROONA, Queensland for sale

We are 3 guys in their mid 30s and 40s living in a 4 bedroom modern house in Little Mountain. I have 1 bedroom to rent out to a single person who's working full time. It's availbale for up to 7 months or less if you want and there is no lease, meaning you can move out any time you choose.
Rent for the room is $180 per week (includes electricity and internet). 2 weeks Bond plus 2 weeks Rent in advance is required.
The room has a double slat bed in it but no mattress, if you have your own bed that's fine. The house is fully furnished. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom, lounge and dining rooms will be shared. Smoking will be outside if you smoke. Require someone who is very clean, honest and reliable with their rent payments on time.
We are respectful and courteous guys and respect each others privacy and space and get along very well, comfortable and relaxing environment, no partying or drunken behaviour.
