Room For Rent in AROONA, Queensland for sale

We e are 2 guys in their mid 30s and 40s living in a 4 bedroom modern house in Little Mountain. I have 1 bedroom to rent out to a single person who's working full time. Rent for the room is $170 per week (includes electricity and internet to your computer). 2 weeks Bond plus 2 weeks Rent in advance is required.
The room has a double slat bed in it but no mattress, if you have your own bed that's fine. The house is fully furnished. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom, lounge and dining rooms will be shared. Smoking will be outside if you smoke. Require someone who is very clean, honest and reliable with their rent payments on time.
We are 2 respectful and courteous guys and respect each others privacy and space and get along very well, comfortable and relaxing environment, no partying or drunken behaviour.
