Includes the Total Gym XLS with extras that I had to purchase at additional cost including the Pilates Kit and the AB Crunch. Original total coast was $2118.99 but I am selling in great condition for $1400.00. Includes all original paperwork, booklets, excercise cards, exercise wall chart, nutrional program, owners manual, getting started guide and 7 different workout programs on dvd.
If you are looking at buying one and decide to go with the trial for 30 days for $49 off the TV Shop, then just be aware that you are actually responsible for the return postage costs if you decide not to keep it after the trial.
Anyway its great piece of equipment that adjusts easily to your capabilities. My son used the Total Gym on the much higher and harder setting than me but it takes about 10 seconds to change between the different settings. Great for all ages and fitness levels as well because you are lying or sitting while using the total gym for most of the exercises.
